Boston, Mass!

It’s been forever WordPress!  Sorry!

I kicked up the traveling in November.

Here’s the first stop:  Boston, Massachusetts to visit the newly-transplanted Montreal buds.

Boston, MA – October 2011

As a Habs fan, I was thought not to like Boston, but the Habs beat the Bruins that weekend and I had an awesome time in Boston.  It kinda feels homey.

A random collection of stops made in no particular order:

No. 9 Park:  One of my top dinners ever.  We have the full on tasting menu with all the add-ons.

No. 9 Park, Park Street  Boston, MA 02108 (617) 742-9991

Newbury Comics:  Totally nerded out.  Tried on costumes, bought some comics…

Newbury Comics, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, North Markte Building, Boston, MA 02109 (617) 248-9992

Crema Cafe:  Cafe in Harvard Square.  Makes you feel like hanging out.

Crema Cafe, 27 Brattle St, Cambridge, MA 02138

The Citizen Public House:  Great Raw Platters.  Right by Fenway Park.

The Citizen Public House, 1310 Boylston Street  Boston, MA 02215-4229

Mike’s Pastry:  Possibly the best cannoli ever.  The to-go macchiato comes with a brown sugar stirring stick.  I love it.

Mike’s Pastry, 300 Hanover St  Boston, Massachusetts 02113

Boston Common:  The oldest park in the U.S.  So pretty, but houses GIANT squirrels.
